Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We ship primarily within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) from our warehouse in Sweden. We may also ship to select countries outside the EU — please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Sweden: 2–4 business days | Free shipping on orders over €100/1.000 SEK, otherwise according to checkout.
- Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland): 3–5 business days | Free shipping on orders over 100€, otherwise according to checkout.
- EU/EEA countries: 5–10 business days | Free shipping on orders over 100€, otherwise according to checkout.
- Rest of Europe / International: 7–14 business days |
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Customs & Duties (within the EU) Since we ship from Sweden, all orders within the EU are shipped duty-free — no customs fees apply for EU customers. VAT is included in the product price at checkout.
Customs & Duties (outside the EU) For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shop@moduel.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
